Practice the scary part for $0

Nobody's first skydive is a solo jump.

Nobody's first surgery is on a live patient.

But for some reason, most beginners think their first options trade has to be with real money — which is exactly why they never place it.

Here's what they don't know:

Every major broker has a full practice mode. Real screens, real prices, fake money.

Inside Your First Trade Playbook, I walk you through a 10-minute "dress rehearsal" — one complete trade, entered and exited, with zero real dollars at risk.

You'll fumble the buttons. You'll feel your heart rate jump at the confirm screen. And you'll get all of it out of your system while mistakes are still free.

The playbook is normally $29.97. Free today.

One evening, and the scary part is behind you.

P.S. The nerves don't go away by reading about trading. They go away by pressing the buttons. There's a way to do that for free — it's in the playbook.

What’s Surprising

The United States eats 5.2 billion servings of instant noodles a year. That is sixth in the world, ahead of Thailand, South Korea and Nigeria. Per person it comes to 15 packets a year, which is exactly the world average.

Vietnam is the country to watch. It is fourth on volume, 8.2 billion servings from 101 million people. That works out at 82 packets a person a year, more than any other country and five times the world average. South Korea is second at 78.

India is where the growth is. Demand rose 8.9% in 2025, about 785 million extra servings. World demand grew 900 million. India delivered 87% of it while China and Indonesia both shrank.

What’s Not Surprising

Asia eats instant noodles. Eight of the top ten are Asian and together they take 94.2 billion servings, 76% of the world total. The product was born in Japan in 1958 and never stopped being an Asian staple.

The oldest markets are the flattest. China and Hong Kong fell 1.2% in 2025. Indonesia fell 1.0%. Japan rose 0.9%. World demand grew 0.7%, and Europe was the only region to shrink.

Price explains the rest of the table. India is third and Nigeria is tenth at 3.1 billion servings, the only African country in the top fifteen. Neither is a rich country. Instant noodles sell hardest where a hot meal has to cost almost nothing.
